Consumer rights in New Zealand

We respect the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. These laws give you rights when goods are supplied in NZ.

  • Faulty goods entitle you to remedies — repair, replacement or refund.
  • We will not mislead or make false claims about products.

Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy aims to be consistent with NZ law. Below is a summary — contact us for case-specific guidance.

  • Change of mind: We offer returns within 14 days where goods are unopened, unused and in original condition. Return postage is at customer's cost unless otherwise agreed.
  • Faulty goods: If a product is faulty, we will provide a remedy under the Consumer Guarantees Act — repair, replace or refund as appropriate.
  • Sale items: Refunds on sale items follow the same CGA rights for faults; change-of-mind returns on discounted items are at our discretion.
